Fusion of moulds for forming of sheet and plastic from 1950

We specialize in making moulds in alloy Kayem 1 for the forming of plastic materials (Injection moulding, Blow moulding, Polyurethane moulding), and of Sheets.

Our production covers a wide range of finished products including toys, house appliances and car accessories, with the moulds varying from 50 kg for small details to the moulds of 150 quintals, while keeping the high quality standard. The moulds in Kayem 1 are produced and delivered in 15 to 20 days upon the receipt of the models.

They are worked on with ease, and particular processes such as photo-engraving, electrical discharge machining and chromizing can be perfomed with perfect results. We also insert the personalized thermoregulation circuits and thread bushes in steel to ensure the movement

Very cost-effective, our moulds cost 50% or less than the traditional ones. The cost can be subsequently reduced by reutilizing the old unused stamps in Kayem.

FAST - EFFECTIVE - LOW COST: too good to be true. By underlying the perfect characteristics of our moulds we do not intend to overestimate them. Let us mention a few limits: duration is limited to something like 10,000 pieces. Greater dimensional tolerance.
